Ethan has over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry; designing, estimating, and building public and private projects ranging from small design build projects to large manufacturing projects. He began his career in the electrical industry as an electrical apprentice and quickly transitioned to an operations manager. Ethan is currently the Master Electrician License holder for Spear C&I, LLC.

With over four decades of experience in the Commercial and Industrial field, Jimmy has played a vital role in numerous projects, including hospitals, airports, college dormitories and world class semiconductor manufacturing facilities to name a few. He is an effective supervisor who had led numerous projects with electrical budgets topping 110 million dollars.

James began his electrical career 41 years ago as an apprentice. With over 30 years of experience in project management, he understands the complexity of large-scale projects. As a former Director of Electrical Operations and current Vice President of Speir Commercial & Industrial, James has demonstrated the ability to build and nurture customer relations and develop the most suitable approach for each project.

Craig is currently the Executive VP of Commercial and Industrial Operations at Spear C&I, LLC. Craig has 25+ years experience in electrical trade starting as an apprentice electrician and working his way up through the ranks to Executive level management. He is proficient in both sales and operations disciplines of the business. Craig genuinely enjoys building, managing and mentoring teams because it is about the people in this business.

Mark is an accomplished professional with 18 years of solid experience in the engineering field, the last 16 years concentrating on solar technology. He possesses strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills, and extensive full project life-cycle experience in solar applications. Mark has custom designed stand-alone and grid-tie solar energy systems for commercial and industrial clients, optimizing project execution with exceptional quality control and client satisfaction being his prime goals. Mark has capabilities of developing cash flow proformas, setting up SPEs, and structuring project financing through multiple financial products.

James has nearly three decades of experience in the electrical and low voltage trade. From apprentice, to journeyman, superintendent, and estimator James’s expertise is unmatched. He develops valuable engineering options to assist in reducing the overall costs of projects. Furthermore, his broad knowledge of electrical systems and renewable energy make him an excellent project and operations manager. James has worked on projects ranging from 100k to 45 million dollars in the public, private and government sectors.

Joe has 20 years of experience in renewable energy source and electrical commercial construction. He has achieved operational and financial objectives by implementing quality standards and by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
